How long will a house cleaning take?
Depends on home size, condition, and type of clean. We typically work in teams so we can deliver a quality clean and give you your space back in as little time as possible. An average Essential or Maintenance clean takes 1-3 hours. An average Signature clean takes 4 – 6 hours.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients prefer to provide access and return to a spotless home. If you are home, we will be as considerate as possible but may ask if you have any feedback or would like to do a walkthrough.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! We bring all equipment and supplies with the exception of toilet brushes. However, if you have specific products you’d like us to use- we will happily do so!
How much does a cleaning cost?
Every home and situation is a little different. While we use standard pricing guidelines, we do need to consult with you first to account for specific details before confirming a final price. For an accurate, no-obligation quote, just get in touch with our team below.
Will I get the same cleaner(s) each time?
If you are on a regular weekly or biweekly schedule, we try to keep the cleaning teams as consistent as possible. However, if your regular team is unavailable that day, your home will still be cleaned using the same products, processes, and knowledge of any specific instructions or notes.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel services at any time?
While it’s our hope that we can support you for many years to come, you may cancel services at any time. We only ask for 24 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling a cleaning or future services. In the event 24 hours notice is not given, we do have a $50 late cancellation fee to account for rerouting your team.
