How far in advance do I need to schedule a Move In/Out clean?
At least 1-2 weeks in advance if possible. Depending on the size of the home, a team will need to be reserved for a half or full day.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You do not need to be home, but you do need to provide access instructions if you will not be there. Many choose to meet the team to do a walkthrough before and/or after the clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! We bring all equipment and supplies, but we’re happy to use yours if preferred.
What if my move in/out date changes?
We understand there are a lot of factors that go into moving and the timing of everything. We only ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a clean and will give you priority in rescheduling to your desired date.
What is the difference between a Signature (deep) clean and a Move In/Out clean?
The Move In/Out clean is our Signature (deep) clean PLUS the insides of cabinets, drawers and appliances. You or your tenant will be able to unload and unpack in a clean and safe space.
