Do you clean short or long term rentals?

Both! Typically, short term rentals are furnished and include laundering linens. Cleaning between long term rentals is more similar to a Move In/Out cleaning. We can customize our checklists to fit your needs. 

Yes, laundry is included in our short term turnover cleans. Because we cannot always do it on-site, we require additional sets of linens so that the clean and dirty can be swapped during each turnover and taken off-site to launder. 

Yes! We bring all equipment and supplies with the exception of toilet brushes. Property owners are responsible for providing consumables (toilet paper, dish pods, paper towels, etc.) as well as any desired welcome package for guests. 

The cleaning teams are trained to report any inventory needs, damage or maintenance issues that they notice with each turnover clean. We do not provide any property management services. 

Turnover clean pricing varies based on the property details, scope of work (custom checklist), and volume or frequency.
